Excellent service and comfortable room.

Staff were extremely friendly, specially Cibele, who welcomed us on our check in. She provided some maps and sightseeing guides of the city as well as she was able to make her own recommendations. Breakfast was pretty good and room was comfortable too.

It could be a little bit closer to Capivari square and have some products lactose free for breakfast.

Everything was very good, breakfast was excepcional and afternoon tea was a good surprise. All around Pousada La Tosana was magic, nature and sounds.

An especial place to stay with great location and customer service

After deciding to extend the trip and stay another day in Campos do Jordão, I chose Pousada La Toscana to try a new experience. It was one of the best decisions! The whole place is so cozy, with paintings of Italian landscapes on the walls, a TV room to pick up DVDs, coffees and teas available throughout the day, lots of trees around, and the sound of birds next to the reception. They keep flying close to get fruits from the inn. Also, the customer service is excellent, especially from the girl who did my check-in. The location couldn't be better, just a few steps from Vila Capivari and overlooking Morro do Elefante from the restaurant where the breakfast is served. The room is cozy, with a balcony surrounded by trees and a warm shower to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The only negative point was the format adopted to serve breakfast as a safety measure against the coronavirus. Without the traditional buffet, all items were wrapped, and the lady from the inn waits for you to order what you want to eat. I've seen other traveler reviews about it, and I agree. I understand the situation, but I can't help saying that this, in a way, ends up limiting the experience. There is always that feeling of not knowing how far you can go, you know? It's different from the buffet, which gives you more freedom to eat. But I understand why.
